Jutting defiantly into the Atlantic, France’s northwest corner is culturally and geographically distinct from the rest of the country.

This 6-day tour, has been completely revamped from previous years and is now based in the far south-west corner of Brittany on half-board basis in the little seaside village of Cap Coz. From here our updated itinerary, provides a taste of the real Brittany character with ancient burial sites, spectacular coastal scenery, typical Breton towns and villages, a local, colourful market, and even a medieval chateau.

Day by day itinerary

Day 1: Travel by Eurostar from St Pancras or Ebbsfleet to Paris and onwards to Concarneau and Quimper by TGV.
On arrival transfer by coach under tour manager's direction to hotel for check in.

Day 2: Full day tour to Vannes and Carnac

Day 3: Full day tour Pont Aven, Concarneau and Quimper

Day 4: Full day tour to Locronan, Douarnenez and la Pointe de la Raz

Day 5: Full day tour to Hennebont, Josselin and Auray.

Day 6: Travel by TGV from Quimper to Paris and onwards by Eurostar to Ebbsfleet or St Pancras.

The friendly seaside 3-star Best Western Cap Coz Hotel is located directly on the beach in the tiny seaside village of Cap Coz. Facilities here include an attractive, restaurant, a bar, and bright, comfortable bedrooms with private bath or shower, TV and telephone. Sea view rooms are available at a supplement.

PLEASE NOTE: As with most trains, passengers are responsible for carrying baggage onto and off the train. Baggage can be stored on overhead shelves or at the entrance to the carriages. Trollies are available at St Pancras and Paris, but bags do need to be carried on to the platform.
